Objectives:
- Development of Master Plan and Business Strategy
- Extensive experience in engineering and project mgmt. design & execution of a wide range of industrial investment projects in pharmaceutical (all dosage forms) and chemical (API) as well as paper making industry (technical project lead for e.g. : - new facility; - portfolio in the period 1992 to 2002 (Cilag) with total investment volume of ca. 400 Mio SFR.)
- Application of operation management technology & process mgmt. (manufacturing intelligence applying advanced simulation tools, Business Processes Opt. & Re-Design, Lean Optimization,...)
- Qualification / Validation of production Eq. & utilities, Compliance / FDA readiness
- Planning and execution of certification ISO 9001 (in responsibility as plant manager)
- Broad practical technology knowledge and extended engineering application experience
- Ability to design and deal with business and compliance topics on strategic, tactical and operational level
- Development and deployment of the new advanced approach for science-based process & product mapping (ICH Q8,Q9,Q10 (risk based Quality by Design, multivariate modeling)
- Process / Operation Excellence (Lean, OEE, 6 Sigma, Design for Excellence, advanced model and simulation based process optimization)
- Management / Leadership (ability to develop and direct activities of staff, practical exp.: Dept. of up to 200 people)

Matej Janovjak, M.Sc. S.F.I.T. (ETH), Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Matej Janovjak looks back at more than 30 years of industrial experience gained in the national and international companies.
Prior founding InSysteA, he served various companies as an engineering and production manager as well as member of board of directors.
His academic activities cover lecturing at universities and providing expertise for bachelor and master thesis.
